〘Noun〙 ("A" means next) A person who follows a sage. A great sage. Often used as a praise title for Yan Hui and Mencius, in contrast to Confucius being considered a sage. ※Kuka Nichiyo Koujutsu Ryakushu - November 13, 1370 (3rd year of Oan) " _Another question about _Mencius .
