...Balder (who shoots mistletoe at Baldr), Baal (who kills Hod), Beðar (who kills the wolf and avenges Odin), Ullr (the great archer), Forseti (the god of reconciliation), and Loki. Of these, Njörðr, Frey, and the goddess Freyja, who will be mentioned later, originally belonged to the Vanir, but are counted among the Æsir. Loki was of giant descent, but he and Odin became blood brothers and became part of the Æsir.
