"The Seventeen Commandments of Toshikage Asakura"

...This is a family precept that is said to have been left by the Sengoku warlord Asakura Takakage (Hirin) to his son Ujikage. It has other names, such as "Asakura Eirin's Wall Inscription" (Kurokawa edition), "A Letter to the Descendants of Asakura Eirin the Priest" (Arai Hakuseki edition), and "Seventeen Articles of Asakura Toshikage" (Gunsho Rui Jyuhon). Only the Kurokawa edition has 16 articles, while the others have 17.
