古文書の様式上，ひとつひとつ個条書きに書いて列挙すること。またその文書。目録書や家数人数書立がそうであるが，その際あらかじめ雛形として下付される文書を書立案文（かきたてあんもん）と言った。1592年(文禄1)豊臣秀吉が朝鮮侵略に備えて全国に家数人数書立の差出しを命じた人掃（ひとばらい）令の中に，〈奉公人ハ奉公人，町人ハ町人，百姓ハ百姓，一所ニ可書出事，但書立案文別紙遣之〉とあることはよく知られている。
