...These small monkeys have bald heads and red faces, giving them an eerie impression. This genus includes three species: the red uakari C. rubicundus , which has a bright red face and reddish-brown fur; the white uakari C. calvus , which has a red face but grayish-white fur; and the black uakari C. melanocephalus , which has a blackish face and fur. All of them have a short head and body length of about 40 cm and a short tail of about 15 cm.
