…In 1926, during a strike at Hamamatsu Nippon Gakki, where his father was president, he organized the Japanist Labor-Farmer Comrades Association and attacked the strikers. Aiming to carry out the Emperor-led Showa Restoration, he played a central role in founding the All-Japan National Revival Comrades Association in 1928 and the Patriotic Labor Party in 1929. In July 1933, he was found to be the chief organizer of a coup plot, but was arrested (the Shinpeitai Incident). …
