A security feature included in Office 2003 Professional. It allows individual restrictions to be added to files created with Office 2003 for each user, and makes it possible to prohibit copying or taking screenshots of files. This prevents users with access rights from misusing files. Note that to use this feature, Windows Server 2003 running RMS is required. Office 2003 Professionalに搭載されるセキュリティ機能。Office 2003で作成したファイルに対して、ユーザーごとに個別の制限を付加でき、ファイルのコピーやスクリーンショットなどを禁止できる。これによって、アクセス権を持ったユーザーによるファイルの悪用を防止できる。なお、この機能を利用するには、RMSを実行するWindows Server 2003が必要となる。
