The Nilotic languages include the Nubian dialects of the Nile Valley in Sudan and Kordofan, Tama, Mararit, and Dage in Darfur-Wadai, Teuso in Uganda, and many other languages called the Nilotic languages. The Nilotic languages include (1) the Western Nilotic languages, such as Dinka, Nuer, and Shilluk in Sudan and Ethiopia, Acholi in Uganda, and Luo in Kenya, (2) the Eastern Nilotic languages, such as Kakwa in Sudan and Uganda, Karamojong, Turkana, and Teso in Kenya, and Maasai from Kenya to Tanzania, and (3) the Southern Nilotic languages, such as many dialects of Nandi in Kenya and Tatoga in Tanzania.
