Myotis

…A species of mammal in the family Vespertilionidae. In a broad sense, it is a general term for bats in the genus Myotis . This genus is the most widely distributed in the order Chiroptera, and has the most species, about 100, which is about one-third of the total number of species in the family Vespertilionidae.
