Osnappar

…Legendary Assyrian king. He is sometimes identified with King Ashurbanipal of the 7th century BC and Osnappar, mentioned in the Old Testament, Book of Ezra, chapter 4, verse 10, but it is unclear. He was known as a tyrant who engaged in extreme debauchery, and is said to have set fire to his palace along with his favorite concubine, attendants, and treasures at the end of his life.
