Parece Vela (English spelling)

…The southernmost island in Japan (20°25′N, 136°03′E) belonging to the Ogasawara Islands, an atoll that is almost submerged under the sea at high tide. Also known as Parece Vela and Douglas Reef. It is part of Ogasawara Village, Ogasawara Branch Office, Tokyo.
