A jet engine with a simple structure (Figure 4) has a combustion chamber with a check valve just after the air intake, and a jet pipe of an appropriate length attached behind it. The air is ram-compressed at the front intake, opens the check valve, and enters the combustion chamber, where it mixes with the atomized fuel. When an appropriate amount of combustible mixture is produced, it burns at a constant volume.
