…The Warel line continued for eight generations, but during the reign of Byinya-U (1353-85), the capital was moved from Martaban to Pegu. His son Razadarit (1385-1423) captured the strategic towns of Bassein and Myaungmya in the Irrawaddy Delta and reorganized the kingdom into three provinces and 96 districts.
