…On the other hand, there were also works that had the dynamism and decorativeness of the Baroque or Rococo style of the continent of the same period. Representative sculptors of this period were Peter Scheemakers (1691-1781), John Michael Rysbrack (1694-1770), and Louis-François Roubiliac (c. 1705-62), the first two originally from Flanders and the latter originally from France. From the second half of the 18th century to the first half of the 19th century, Joseph Nollekens (1737-1823), Francis Chantrey (1781-1841), Richard Westmacott (1775-1856), and J.
