Shaking table

...Some belts have fine stripes on the surface to help the particles settle selectively on the belt surface and to disrupt the flow. A shaking table, simply called a table, is a gravity separator that skillfully uses a film of water flow and special vibrations. Although it has some drawbacks, such as a small processing capacity per unit and the need for manual operation and management, it is characterized by its high sorting accuracy. As shown in Figure 1, a standard shaking table consists of a slightly inclined flat plate of rectangular or nearly rectangular shape and a drive mechanism for vibrating it back and forth from side to side.
