...After studying in Iraq and Iran, he gained fame as a Shiite teacher in Yazd and was invited by Fath Ali Shah of the Qajar dynasty, but this made him hated by the mainstream of Shiites, especially because of his spiritualist interpretation of rebirth at the end of the world. He then traveled around the country, but after 1824 he decisively parted ways with the mainstream of Shiites and became the founder of the Shaykhī sect.
