synthetic mineral

...is a term used to describe a material that has the same composition, structure, and texture as a naturally occurring mineral, achieved by chemical and physical methods. It can also include inorganic solids that have the same structure and texture as a natural mineral but different composition and composition, or more broadly, general inorganic solids. Synthetic minerals are used almost synonymously, but the production of rubies and diamonds, which is done by melting and recrystallizing, is not strictly speaking synthetic. Attempts to artificially mineralize minerals, especially gemstones and precious stones, have been made for quite some time, but it was not until the 19th century that it began in earnest, coinciding with the rise of modern chemistry.
