Combed

...They were active in European Russia and Belarus in the second half of 1918. Their abbreviation was Kombed. After the October Revolution, the Soviet government was forced to strengthen its grain procurement, as the interventionist and counter-revolutionary forces occupied the main grain-producing areas. In June 1918, the All-Russian Central Executive Committee established the Committee of Poor Peasants by decree in order to suppress the wealthy peasants who resisted the procurement and confiscate the grain surplus.
