Intimistes

...Here, there is a strong influence from Ukiyo-e prints. From then on, his subjects gradually shifted to "interiors" that exude an intimate atmosphere, especially those with nude women (for this reason, he and Vuillard are sometimes called "Intimists"). At the same time, his handling of color and form became more sensual and free, focusing on the resonance of light, and he entered a period that could be called "impressionistic" from 1905 to 1910.
