…The game lasts 35 minutes each, with a 5-10 minute halftime break, and overtime does not count except in special circumstances. Indoor hockey began in Germany around 1950, and is also called Hallenhockey. It is played indoors, with a wooden or linoleum floor, on a field measuring 36-44m long and 18-22m wide, with six players on each team, but six substitutes are allowed.
