Hallenberg

Japanese: Hallonbergen
Hallenberg

... The construction of new cities was also thriving, and at the Stockholm International Fair in 1930, the city's urban planning philosophy of functionalism, centered on the sun, sky, light, and greenery, was announced and attracted attention. Subsequent construction of satellite cities such as Farsta, Völlingby, Täby, and Skärholmen attracted worldwide attention, and Hallonbergen (completed in 1973) is a recent example. In addition to being fully equipped with public facilities, it also had a nursing home, and the city was planned to allow interaction between young people and the elderly, but it has been criticized for emphasizing rationalism and functionalism too much and lacking humanity.
[history]
The name Stockholm first appeared in historical documents in 1252.
