Gioacchino da Fiore (English spelling)

…Italian theologian, biblical exegete, and monastic founder. His Italian name was Gioacchino da Fiore. Born in Cosenza, he became a Cistercian monk, but after traveling to Palestine he founded the Abbey of San Giovanni in Floris (Fiore) and started the Florian Order.
