Fregat Pallada (English spelling)

…A partial translation of the travelogue "Fregat Pallada" (1858) by the Russian writer Goncharov. From 1852 to 1855 (Kaei 5 to Ansei 2), Goncharov participated in a voyage around the world as secretary to Admiral Putyatin, an envoy to Japan, and arrived in Nagasaki in 1853.
