… Internationally, the Educational Workers International (Educ-Intern, 1922), which was organized in the midst of the rise of the global labor movement after the Russian Revolution, influenced the movements in Europe, Latin America, and Japan, and the activities of the International Teachers' Union Secretariat, which was organized as the International Federation of Teachers' International, influenced European countries. After World War II, they became the Fédération Internationale Syndicale de l'Enseignement (FISE, 1946) and the International Federation of Free Teachers Unions (IFFTU, 1951), respectively, the former operating as a global labor federation and the latter as an international free labor federation. The Japan Teachers' Union (Nikkyoso) is a member of the latter and has a certain degree of friendly relations with the former, and the Japan High School Teachers' Union (Nikkyoso) is a member of the former. …

…　国際的には，ロシア革命後の全世界的な労働運動の高まりのなかで組織された教育労働者インターナショナルEducational Workers International(略称，エドキンテルンEduc‐Intern,1922結成)が，ヨーロッパおよび中南米諸国，日本の運動に影響を与えたほか，国際労働組合連盟の教員インターとして組織された国際教員組合書記局の活動がヨーロッパ各国に影響を与えた。第2次大戦後，それぞれ世界教員組合連盟Fédération Internationale Syndicale de l’Enseignement(FISE,1946結成)，国際自由教員組合連盟International Federation of Free Teachers Union(IFFTU,1951結成)となり，前者は世界労連系，後者は国際自由労連系として活動してきた。日本教職員組合(日教組)は後者に加盟するとともに前者とも一定の友好関係をもち，また日本高等学校教職員組合(日高教)は前者に加盟している。…
