The peninsula is over 1,000 km long and stretches east-northeast. In the center, the Gory Byrranga Mountains, mainly composed of metamorphic rocks, rise, with the highest point being Mount Rednikovaya at 1,146 m, and a glacier hangs over the mountain near its summit.
