In 1969, Miles Davis released the record Bitches Brew (CBS). The complex rhythms that flow from the rhythm section, which consisted of 11 of the 13 members, and the influence of pop music such as rock that developed from jazz, as well as the use of electric instruments, make this a pioneering work in the new movements of the 1970s, namely crossover and fusion.
