Wada Sakemori - Wadano Sakamori

Japanese: 和田酒盛 - わだのさかもり

Title of the song "Kowaka Dance". Author and date of origin unknown. The first record of its performance is in the entry for Tenbun 15 (1546) in the "Gotokyo-ki". Wada Yoshimori held a drinking party for three days and nights at the home of a rich man in Yamashita-jukugawara, Sagami Province (present-day Yamashita area, Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture). The wandering Tora Gozen, who had feelings for Soga Juro Sukenari, did not respond to Yoshimori's repeated invitations. Due to Sukenari's admonitions, Tora Gozen reluctantly attended the banquet, but she made a wish (especially by choosing a person to drink sake with) on Sukenari, who had been invited by Yoshimori and was sitting with him, which displeased Yoshimori and made the situation tense.

幸若舞曲の曲名。作者･成立未詳。上演記録の初見は《言継卿記》天文15年(1546)の条。和田義盛は，相模国山下宿河原(現，神奈川県平塚市山下付近)の長者のもとで，3昼夜に及ぶ酒宴を張った。曾我十郎祐成を想う遊君虎御前は，義盛の再三の招きにも応じない。祐成の諫言もあり，しぶしぶ宴席に出た虎御前は，義盛に招かれて座に連なっていた祐成に思差し（おもいざし）(特に相手をきめて，盃のやりとりをすること)をし，義盛の不興を買い，その場が険悪になった。
