Import Trade Control Order

Cabinet Order No. 414 of 1949. The Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (Foreign Exchange Act) delegates import approval, partial delegation of command and supervision and authority to the Director General of Customs, and provision of security to guarantee the execution of imports to those stipulated by Cabinet Order, and this is a delegated Cabinet Order and an Executive Order pursuant to the provisions of the Act. It stipulates matters such as the publication of matters related to goods that require import quotas or import permission, import approval by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, and conditions for import approval. It is a counter to the Export Trade Control Order (Cabinet Order No. 378 of 1949).

昭和 24年政令 414号。外国為替及び外国貿易法 (外為法) では，輸入の承認，税関長に対する指揮監督と権限の一部委任，および輸入実行を保証する担保の提供については政令の定めるところに委任しているが，その規定による委任政令かつ施行政令のこと。輸入割当てあるいは輸入許可を受けるべき貨物などに関する事項の公表，経済産業大臣による輸入承認，輸入承認などの条件などについて定めている。輸出貿易管理令 (昭和 24年政令 378号) に対するもの。
