Yamashiro [Hot Spring] - Yamashiro
One of the hot springs in Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture. Gypsum-containing salt-sodium sulfate spring. 66℃. Said to have been discovered by Gyoki in the 8th century, it was widely known during the Sengoku period. During the Edo period, the Daishoji Domain managed the bathhouse and inn. It produced Kutani ware and was a good place for mushroom hunting, and is close to Nata in Komatsu City. There is a bus service from Kaga Onsen Station on the Hokuriku Main Line and other stations.

石川県加賀市にある加賀温泉郷の一つ。含石膏食塩ボウ硝泉。66℃。8世紀行基の開湯と伝え,戦国期には広く知られていた。江戸時代には大聖寺藩によって湯屋敷や宿が管理された。九谷焼を産し,キノコ狩りの好適地で,小松市の那谷(なた)にも近い。北陸本線加賀温泉駅などからバスが通じる。
