Perm

…It is also called Ziryene. It belongs to the Finnic branch of the Finno-Ugric language family of the Uralic languages, and together with Bochak (Udmurt) it forms part of the Permian language family. Ziryane is called Komi in Russia, and is spoken as the native language of over 400,000 people who live in the Komi Republic in northwestern Russia, in the Vychegda River basin and the Mezen Valley.
