Mitsuru Yasuda

Born in 1766. A doctor for the Fukui domain in Echizen. Served Sadahime, wife of Matsudaira Haruyoshi, the domain's lord, at the Edo domain residence. He studied waka poetry under Kamo Suetaka, and was friends with Murata Harumi and Kato Chikage. He passed away on January 5, 1810, at the age of 54. His first name was Jakuchu. He was commonly known as Ichian, and his pen name was Natsumebon. He is the author and editor of "Ano no Nikki" and "Yasuda Kōgen'ei."
