(1) The diary of Nakahara Michimori, Daigeki (Great Records). It spans from 1339 to 1374 (Rekio 2 to Oan 7) and consists of 64 volumes. It is an important historical document from the period of the Northern and Southern Courts. It provides detailed descriptions of the government affairs in which Michimori was involved as a bureaucrat, as well as the movements of the Northern Court, and also contains valuable articles on the funerals of Emperors Godaigo and Kogon, and memorial services at Tenryu-ji Temple. Most of the originals are held in the National Diet Library, but some are also held in the National Archives of Japan (Oshikoji Family Archives) and at Waseda University. As a published version, it is included in the "Sanshu of Historical Materials" (11 volumes).
