Japanese: 舞子 - まいこ
Maiko
A district in the southern part of Tarumi Ward, Kobe City. Maiko Beach is a scenic spot facing the Akashi Strait, with old pines growing on the sand. The Sanyo Main Line and Sanyo Electric Railway run through here. It is the base point of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge on the Honshu side.
