Among the functions of restricting the natural freedom of people based on the general governing power in order to maintain public safety and order (police in administrative law), this is carried out independently and without any connection to other administrative affairs. It is distinguished from the narrow sense of administrative police, which deals with violations of police duties in fields such as industry, construction, and sanitation. This includes police related to assemblies and associations or mass movements, police related to speech and publishing, police related to public morals, and police related to religion. Under the current constitution, security police are subject to strict restrictions on freedom of expression, etc.
