Sprayer - Funmuki

A machine or tool that disperses liquid as a mist using a pump or other device. In general, it refers to a device that dilutes pesticides with water and sprays them as a mist on crops. Sprayers are broadly classified into manual and powered types. Manual sprayers are widely used for small-area agricultural purposes, as well as for horticulture and sanitation. They consist of a liquid tank, a reciprocating pump, a hose, a nozzle, etc., and spray the liquid by manually operating the pump as needed. In addition to a method of directly applying pressure to the liquid, there is also a method of using an air pump to pressurize the liquid tank. In contrast, a reciprocating pump with a triple plunger or piston is used for powered purposes. These are used as stationary, portable, wheeled, or mobile, depending on the target. They can also be used as a backpack type using a small pump. The selection of nozzles is important for using a sprayer well, which increases the effectiveness of pest control.

液体をポンプなどを用いて霧状の液滴として飛散させる機械、器具をいう。一般的には農薬を水で薄め霧状の水滴にして農作物に散布するものをいう。この噴霧機は人力用と動力用とに大きく分類される。人力噴霧機は小面積の農業用のほかに園芸用、衛生用などに広く使用される。これは液剤タンク、往復ポンプ、ホース、ノズルなどから構成され、人力によってポンプを必要に応じて作動し散布する。この液剤に直接圧力をかける方法のほか、薬剤タンクを空気ポンプで加圧して使用する方式のものもある。これらに対して動力用として用いられるのは三連のプランジャーまたはピストンを用いた往復ポンプである。これを定置、可搬、車輪付き、走行式などにして対象に応じて使い分ける。小形ポンプを用いて背負い型として使うこともある。噴霧機を上手に使うにはノズルの選択が重要で、これによって防除効果が高められる。
