Law No. 113 of 1956. The purpose of this law (Article 1) is to ensure the proper and efficient supply and other good management of goods by prescribing basic matters regarding the management of goods by the state, i.e., acquisition, storage, use, and disposal of goods. The main contents of the law include the institutions for managing goods, the procedures and methods for management, and the responsibilities of goods management officials. 昭和 31年法律 113号。国の物品の管理,すなわち物品の取得,保管,供用,処分に関する基本的事項を規定することによって,物品の適正かつ効率的な供用そのほか良好な管理をはかることを目的とする法律 (1条) 。物品管理の機関,管理の手続と方式,物品管理職員らの責任などをおもな内容とする。
