Non-Aggression Pact

A non-aggression pact is a treaty in which two nations agree not to aggress against each other. There are treaties concluded between multiple nations, but the term generally refers to those concluded between two nations. The first such treaty was concluded between the Soviet Union and Turkey in 1925. 〘名〙 相互に侵略しないことを約束する条約。多数国間で結ばれたものもあるが、ふつう二か国間で結ばれたものをさす。一九二五年にソ連がトルコと結んだのがその最初とされる。不可侵条約。
