Celebration song (celebration song) - Iwaiuta

Japanese:
Celebration song (celebration song) - Iwaiuta
These songs are sung with feelings of blessing, and make up a large proportion of Japanese folk songs. They are also called celebratory songs. They are sung on New Year's Day, the first and last days of work, harvest celebrations, weddings, housewarmings, etc. In Japan, there has long been a belief that if you put your wishes into words and sing them, the power of the words' inherent spiritual power will make the results you wish for come true, and this belief is at the root of the singing of celebratory songs. There are certain types of lyrics for celebratory songs, and they are almost the same throughout the country.
