Chŏmchehyŏn‐bi (English)

Japanese: 秥蟬県碑 - ねんていけんぴ（英語表記）Chŏmchehyŏn‐bi

This stone monument made of granite is located in Haeun-myeon, Oncheon-gun, South Pyongan-do, about 40 km west of Pyongyang, Democratic People's Republic of Korea. It is also called the Yongshan Shrine Monument. It was discovered in 1913. It currently measures 1.44 m high, 1.19 m wide, and about 13 cm thick, but the top part is missing. There are lines on the front and 80 characters in seven lines in clerical script are inscribed. Some of the characters are weathered and illegible, but it was in the year 2 of Yuanhe (85), during the reign of Emperor Zhang of the Later Han Dynasty, that the head of Yongshan County, which belonged to Lelang County, in consultation with county officials, built a shrine and inscribed a message on the stone.

朝鮮民主主義人民共和国，平壌の西約40km，平安南道温泉郡の旧海雲面にある花コウ岩製の石碑。秥蟬神祠碑とも呼ばれる。1913年に発見された。現在，高さ1.44m，幅1.19m，厚さ約13cmを測るが，上部を欠失する。前面に罫線を引き，隷書体で7行80字を刻んでいる。風化が進んで判読できない文字もあるが，後漢章帝の時期にあたる，元和2年(85)4月戊午に，楽浪郡に属する秥蟬県の長が，県の官吏と協議し神祠を建てて，碑石に辞を刻したものである。
