Metropolitan Councillor - Tohyogi Shishi (English) Top'yǒng-ǔisa-sa

Japanese: 都評議使司 - とひょうぎしし（英語表記）Top'yǒng-ǔisa-sa

The highest political body in Korea from the end of the Goryeo period to the beginning of the Joseon Dynasty (Yi Dynasty). It was renamed the Dobyeongbasa in the 5th year of King Chungnyeol's reign (1279), and was the highest body where high-ranking officials from the Jeonuibu and Mitijiksibu met to discuss and handle important national issues. It continued to exist until the founding of the Joseon Dynasty, but was renamed Uijeongbu in the 2nd year of King Jeongjong's reign (1400).

朝鮮，高麗末期から朝鮮王朝 (李朝) 初期の最高政治機関。忠烈王5 (1279) 年に都兵馬使を改めたもので，僉議府，密直司の両府の高官が会合して，国家の重大事を議論して処理した最高機関。のち朝鮮王朝建国当初まで存続したが，定宗2 (1400) 年に議政府と改めた。
