Ritual texts offered at festivals held in the field of Onmyodo. The oldest surviving example is from Emperor Go-Reizei in 1050 (Eisho 5), which describes the worship of Taishan Fukun and 12 other gods of the underworld, and the offering of silver coins, white silk, saddle horses, and brave slaves. In addition to praying for long life, they also include prayers for promotion in rank, such as in the example of Fujiwara no Jitsugyo in 1138 (Hōen 4). There are also over 20 extant Miyakojo remains from the Tenchūchifusai, Konjinsai, and Hokyōshasai festivals of successive emperors in the Edo period.
