Reading and Reading Diary - Dokushobinkyuuki (English)

Japanese: 読書敏求記 - どくしょびんきゅうき（英語表記）Dú shū mǐn qiú jì

A bibliographical work written by Qian Zeng (1629-1701) of the Qing Dynasty in China. 4 volumes. Qian Zeng, whose pen name was Zunwang and whose pen name was Ye Shi Weng, was from Changshu, Jiangsu Province. He was known as a book collector. The names of his libraries were Shugutang and Ye Shiyuan. Shugutang Shomoku and Ye Shiyuan Shomoku were catalogs of the books stored in each library, but handwritten notes on particularly valuable books were later collected and compiled into this book. It is said that a distinctive feature of this book is that it sometimes questions the skill of the print or copy.

中国，清代の銭曾(1629‐1701)の著した書誌学書。4巻。銭曾は，字は遵王，也是翁と号した。江蘇省常熟の人。蔵書家として知られた。書庫の名を〈述古堂〉ならびに〈也是園〉と呼ぶ。《述古堂書目》《也是園書目》は，それぞれそこに収められた蔵書の目録だが，そのうちとくに貴重な本について手ずから書いた覚えが，のち集められてこの書物となった。印刷物もしくは書写物としての巧拙を問題にすることがあるのはこの書物の特徴であるとされる。
