Japanese: 長春会議 - ちょうしゅんかいぎ

A conference between Japan and the Far Eastern Republic was held in Changchun, China in 1922 to establish diplomatic relations between the two countries during the Japanese military's Siberian expedition. Representatives from both countries discussed the establishment of trade relations and the conditions for the withdrawal of Japanese troops at the Dalian Conference in August 1921, but the conference broke down in April 1922. The Kato Tomosaburo cabinet, which was formed in June, announced that the Siberian Expeditionary Force would be withdrawn by the end of October, creating momentum for the resumption of negotiations. The conference resumed in Changchun on September 4, with the Japanese representatives being Matsudaira Tsuneo, Director-General of the European and American Affairs Bureau, and Matsushima Hajime, Consul General, and the Far Eastern Republic representative being Foreign Minister Jansson, as well as the Soviet representative Joffe.

日本軍のシベリア出兵下の1922年，日ソ国交樹立のために中国長春で開かれた日本と極東共和国間の会議。両国代表は1921年8月の大連会議で通商関係の設定，日本軍の撤退条件などを討議したが22年4月会議は決裂した。6月成立した加藤友三郎内閣は，シベリア派遣軍を10月末までに撤退すると声明し，交渉再開の機運が生まれた。会議は9月4日から長春で再開され，日本側代表は松平恒雄欧米局長と松島肇総領事，極東共和国側はヤンソン外相，さらにソビエト代表ヨッフェが加わった。
