Credit insurance is a government-financed fund that compensates financial institutions for losses incurred through small business financing. It is based on the Insurance Act (1950). Insurance contracts are concluded between the Credit Guarantee Corporation, which guarantees loans to small businesses, and the Small Business Credit Insurance Corporation. When a Credit Guarantee Corporation makes a payment on behalf of a small business, it can receive 70-80% of the payment amount as insurance money from the Small Business Credit Insurance Corporation. → Related items Small and Medium Enterprise Finance Corporation Source : Heibonsha Encyclopedia About MyPedia Information |
