Japanese: ダン･ニー（英語表記）dan nhi[ベトナム]

A Vietnamese two-stringed kokyū. Written in Chinese as dan er. It is the same type as the Chinese jinghu, with a cylindrical wooden body with snakeskin stretched on one side and the other side open. The two strings are tuned in fifths, and the bow is placed between the two strings. With a range of more than two octaves and a large volume, it is used not only in chamber music but also in plays such as "hat boi." ベトナムの2弦胡弓。漢字では弾二と書く。中国の京胡と同じ種類で，木製の円筒形の胴の片面に蛇皮を張り，もう一方は開けておく。2本の弦は5度に調弦され，弓は2本の弦の間に入れる。音域は2オクターブをこえ，音量も大きいため，室内楽だけでなく，〈ハット･ボイ〉のような劇でも使われる。ベトナムには，類似の楽器として，ヤシの実の共鳴箱を用いたダン･ガオdan gaoなど数種がある。ベトナム［音楽］【徳丸吉彦】
