The Chronicles of Lord Tamefusa

Japanese: 為房卿記 - ためふさきょうき

This is the diary of Councillor Fujiwara Tamefusa. As he was Minister of Finance, it is also called Daibu-ki or Daiki, after his Chinese name Daibu-kyo. The articles span from 1072 (Engyu 4) to 1104 (Choji 1), but many of the entries are missing. There are also many fragments quoted in other books. The Kanshuji version in Kyoto University's collection contains one handwritten volume and five old manuscript volumes, while the Yomei Bunko and the Fushimi Miyako version in the Imperial Household Agency Archives and Mausolea Department each contain one old manuscript volume, and the Toyo Bunko Hirohashi version also contains one old manuscript volume entitled Daibu-ki Sho. 参議藤原為房の日記。大蔵卿の職にあったことから，その唐名〈大府卿〉によって《大府記》《大記》などともいう。記事は1072年(延久4)より1104年(長治1)に及ぶが，中間の欠逸が多い。また諸書に引かれた逸文が少なくない。京都大学所蔵勧修寺本のうちに自筆本1巻，古写本5巻，陽明文庫，宮内庁書陵部伏見宮本のうちに古写本各1巻が伝わり，東洋文庫広橋本中にも《大府記抄》と題する古写本1巻がある。【吉岡真之】
