Japanese: 玉川学園 - たまがわがくえん

A private comprehensive school in Machida, Tokyo. In 1929, Ohara Kuniyoshi, who was at Seijo Gakuen, founded Tamagawa Gakuen with the goal of realizing holistic education. In 1947, Tamagawa University was opened on top of the pre-World War II primary and secondary education institutions. Currently, it is a comprehensive school with education from kindergarten to graduate school, and is known for its liberal academic style. The university has three faculties: Literature, Agriculture, and Engineering. It also has a publishing department.

東京都町田市にある私立総合学園。1929年，成城学園にいた小原国芳が〈全人教育〉の実現を目標として玉川学園を創設。第２次大戦前の初等・中等教育機関のうえに1947年玉川大学開設。現在は幼稚部から大学院までの総合学園となり，自由な学風で知られる。大学は文，農，工の３学部。出版部をもつ。
