Datongshu (English: Daidosho)

Japanese: 大同書 - だいどうしょ（英語表記）Da-tong-shu

Written by Kang Youwei, a Chinese thinker in the late Qing Dynasty. Published in 1919. Based on the Gongyang School of the Spring and Autumn Annals, he takes a historical view that the world will move from a time of chaos, through a time of peace, and then develop into a time of great harmony. Based on the "Da Tong" section of the Book of Rites, he mixes in a modern Western view of society and entrusts it to Confucius to develop an ideal society of philanthropy and equality around the world. He also advocates the abolition of national distinctions and the breaking down of the closed nature of the family as ways to achieve this. He had a great influence on some revolutionaries in the early Republic of China.

中国，清末の思想家康有為の著。 1919年刊。春秋公羊学に基づいて，世界は拠乱世から升平世を経て，大同世に発展するという歴史観に立ち，『礼記』礼運編の大同をもとにし，西洋近代の社会観をつきまぜ，孔子に託して世界の博愛平等の理想社会観を展開した。またそれに到達する法として国別の撤廃，家族の閉鎖性の打破などを唱えている。民国初期の一部の革命家に大きな影響を与えた。
