Dajokanfu - Daijokanpu

Japanese: 太政官符 - だいじょうかんぷ

During the Ritsuryo period, this was a document issued by the Dajokan to the government office in charge. It was also called the Kanpu. When issuing imperial edicts, they were often used to disseminate information to various places. It was characterized by the signatures of the benkan and historian, who were responsible for creating the document, placed before the date, and by the fact that an internal seal was stamped on the document when issued to various provinces, and an external seal was stamped on the document when issued to government offices in the capital.
