Zenro Kaigi - All-Japan Labor Conference

Japanese: 全労会議 - ぜんろうかいぎ

Its official name is the All Japan Labor Union Conference. It was formed in 1954 under the banner of anti-communism and labor unionism, centered around four organizations that had withdrawn from SOHYO (General Council of Japanese Trade Unions): the Seamen's Union (All Japan Seamen's Union), Zensen Domei (All Japan Fiber Federation), Zeneien, and Sōdōmei (General Confederation of Japanese Labor Unions). Initially, Sōdōmei was included under its wing, but in 1962 Zenro Kaigi and Sōdōmei joined, forming the All Japan Labor Federation Union Conference.
